Cardio Vascular Fitness

For maximum effectiveness and safety, a cardiovascular exercise program should include specific instructions on frequency, duration, and intensity. These are the three important components of cardiovascular exercise that you really need to understand. I will design your programme which will include a warm-up, a cool-down, and proper stretching of the primary muscles used in each of the exercises outlined in your programme.

If your goal is to tone up your body or specific areas of the body I will work with you to get the results you desire.

I will encourage you to incorporate core stability exercises to support you meeting your goals.

Diet & Nutritional Advice

Personal training combines structured exercise with advice on healthy eating and nutrition. Research shows that exercise combined with a balanced diet help people reach there goals quicker. I work with my clients to provide advice and encouragement on diet and nutrition.
