Your personal training does not start and end with a one hour session. Should you require it, you will receive back up support via text, telephone or by email. Clients will also receive a free newsletter which is regularly updated

GROUP TRAINING

Jerry also provides a group training service and has a widely recognised YMCAFit teaching qualification in circuit training.

If you prefer working out as part of a group, circuit training is fun, challenging and is a great way to improve mobility, strength and stamina

Circuit training caters for all fitness levels, which means that whether you are a exercise novice or a trained athlete, you can work at your level to achieve personal goals

Exercise & Nutrition

Nutrition has an essential role in supporting your goals in achieving optimum health. That is why as a personal trainer, a vital part of training is nutrition and is why my service is geared towards a physical training plan combined with a balanced die.

As a client you may need not only help with motivation and knowledge on training but guidance and information on what to eat. As your personal trainer I will offer advice on what type of nutrition you need

My personal training service will cover the principles of healthy eating and weight management in relation to exercise, and will include:

  • Planning balanced diets
  • Sports nutrition
  • Using food diaries
  • Nutritional components of diet

So whether as part of your exercise plan you want to gain weight or lose weight I will work with you to put together food strategies to help you meet your individual goals and abilities
